Get motivated and lose weight fast

Motivation is key for your weight loss journey.

Here are three easy ways to build your motivation:

1. Set a weight loss goal for two weeks or a month. Setting a longer goal may backfire. A month is long enough for you to see real progress. Within that time, you will gain energy and motivation - you'll feel lighter and more energetic and have new confidence, which will motivate you to continue;
