From a story in the Herald Sun:

… Linda, who weighed more than 150kg, courageously spoke about her quest to lose weight.

Her first attempt at exercise was a slow, painful walk to the letterbox. She fell on the driveway and screamed for help because she couldn’t get up.

More than two hours passed before a passer-by helped her to her feet.

Undeterred, she continued and lost 20kg in eight months by taking small steps. She inspired the group not to give up.
