If you’re in the northern hemisphere it’s the height of summer, and luscious stone fruits are in season.

Treat yourself to a fresh peach sliced over your breakfast cereal, or have one as a healthy snack anytime. Nothing beats the smell and the juicy taste of a fresh peach.
