Get a scrapbook, and take some photos of yourself now, in a a swimsuit or in your underwear. Print out the photos, and paste them into a diary. Or if you prefer, get some diary software and keep the diary on your computer.
Then take a photo each week. Add your measurements to the notes beneath each photo, and write down how you feel about yourself.
