Lose weight by having fun

Losing weight doesn’t have to be boring. The more fun you can make your exercise, the more likely you are to maintain an exercise routine.

For example, Hula Hooping To Lose Weight says hula hopping is “a new twist on a kid favorite. Hula hooping has grown up. People who use the new hoops say they’re fun to use and a great workout.

Maybe a hula hoop isn’t for you.

Consider getting a dog, or even borrowing a dog from a friend. Knowing that a furry friend is looking forward to an outing may just help you to get out the door.

Why not join in a game with your kids? Kids know how to have fun. Bounce a ball with them, shoot hoops, or get onto the trampoline with them.
