Sick of dieting? You can lose weight by thinking yourself slim.

Your thoughts make you who you are: fat or thin.

This means you have a choice. You can start imagining yourself slim in your mind, picturing yourself slender and attractive and fit. Or you can become trapped into thinking of yourself as overweight and unattractive.

Jon Gabriel, author of the new book, The Gabriel Method, thought himself thin.

In this article Think yourself thin he says: “‘Thinking yourself thin is the most effective way to convince your body to turn off the ‘be fat’ switch… And by telling your body it’s okay to be thin, your body will start wanting to be thin.’

When Gabriel was at his heaviest, he says he had a vivid image of how he wanted to look. ‘As crazy as that may have seemed, I clung to it and believed in it,’ he says.”

Think that this is mumbo jumbo, and it couldn’t work for you?

What if it could? What have you got to lose?

You have nothing to lose, except your pounds. Thinking of yourself as slim, imagining yourself slim, will make you happy. That happiness help you to lose your excess weight, without willpower.

It’s the Law of Attraction in action.
