Fat-fighting farmers ditch the welly belly with dairy diet reports on four dairy farmers who followed a milky diet: “The Calon Wen farmers swapped their usual winter warmer diet for organic milk and yogurt with plenty of fruit and vegetables for a month whilst competing in their very own dairy diet challenge.

Before and after pictures show their dramatic weight loss, with the group having lost 4 st 10 lbs between them. Their efforts were judged by the diet’s author, top nutritionist Monica Grenfell, who is an expert in diet and weight loss. “
