You need to make time for at least 20 minutes of exercise a day, every day.
3. Will you write down what you eat each day?
You need to write down everything you eat and drink each day. This means you write down everything - even the milk in your coffee. Most of us are surprised when we see how much we eat, and exactly what we eat and when.
4. Will you take time out to do things you enjoy?
If you use food as a reward, you can discover other ways to reward yourself and enjoy life. Make a list of ten things you enjoy doing - listening to music, going to the movies - anything you enjoy doing, which isn't food-related.
5. Are you ready to be thin?
Think about what life would be like as a slim, attractive person. Do you want that? Sometimes we just don't. If you don't want that, because you couldn't cope with the pressure, that's fine.
Some people expect that their lives will change when they lose weight. They're surprised when the people around them don't like the slim person they've become. When Oprah lost weight a few years ago, many viewers couldn't relate to her slim, vital persona.
