Ask Your Family to Encourage You: Often the obese people don’t like to tell their immediate families about their weight loss efforts, more because of the fear that their family might discourage them from it. Far from it, if you take your family into confidence and make them understand the importance of weight loss, they will be there to motivate and encourage you when you need them.
