Why do you want to lose weight?

Get a pen and write your reason down. Knowing why you want to lose weight will help you at those times you’re desperate for a chocolate bar or some junk food.

* Feel healthier and be healthier

* Be able to wear smarter clothes

* Get the job, lifestyle or partner of your dreams

Once you have your eating and your exercise program set out, it is time to start moving.
