Losing weight brings changes. Make sure they’re changes YOU want, by taking one tiny action on a goal today.

What? You haven’t set goals?

Make a quick list of what you’d love to have in your life… a better relationship, better job, new clothes, a new job… Just make a list.

Then choose one goal, and take a small action.

For example, if you want a better job, get out your resume and read it. Does it need updating? Schedule “Update my resume” into the next week.

You’re losing weight, and you’re in control of your life now.

Take one small action to build the life you want.
