Want to lose weight? It’s stating the obvious to say that you need to eat less, but consider that you could eat MORE and still lose weight if you eat differently.
For example, I now eat bananas for breakfast. Yes, because of the Banana Diet. There’s no recipe — I collect a couple of bananas and eat them on my way out the door in the morning.
But for main meals, I’ve been collecting great recipes with a low calorie count which the family loves.
You can do it too. Collect recipes (ask your friends for their favorites) which are low in calories, yet satisfying and fun to eat. Tip — vegetarian recipes are often low calorie, and when you can spices, taste great.
