Are you bored with breakfast? When you’re trying to lose weight, it’s natural to fall into a rut with breakfasts. (If you’re on the Banana Diet, ignore this post. :-) )

High Protein Breakfast | Weight Loss Weapons suggests making a change, and having what you’d usually have for lunch or dinner for breakfast:

“- Tuna Sandwich
- Steak and sweet potatoes
- Chile
- Homemade Pizza
- Salmon”

Sounds good to me — a tuna melt sounds great for tomorrow’s breakfast.
