Lose weight with mini portions

Here’s an easy way to lose weight: eat smaller portions. Yes, you’ll still be slightly hungry, but over time, you’ll adjust to smaller meals, and the weight loss will be permanent.

“To ease concern about weight gain, dietitians suggest eating less than what is considered today as a full portion. ‘We all still have that same mechanism that tells us when we are full. If a brownie size doubles from one recipe to the next, that still doesn’t mean we have an obligation to finish it,’ says Siegfried. ‘Although we are taught not to be wasteful, there is no adult rule that says we must finish all that is on our plate.’
