Did you know that eating fast is associated with weight gain? Makes sense, doesn’t it? When you’re shoveling your food in, you eat more than you need.

Just for today, decide that you will lose weight by eating SLOWLY, and stopping eating when you’ve had enough, even if you leave food on your plate.

Try:

* Always sitting down when you eat

* Focus on what you’re eating — don’t read or watch TV

* Put your fork down between mouthfuls.
