Diet tip of the day: develop a snacking strategy

Want to lose weight? Aside from figuring out which healthy diet you want to use, you need a snacking strategy.

Yes, you’re allowed to snack!

Here’s the easiest solution: have a fridge packed with healthy snacks: including JellO, cheese slices, yoghurt, packs of salad greens, frozen bananas (freeze in skins) and other fruits.

I’m a chocoholic, so here’s what I do: I buy packets of bite-size chocolate bars and keep them in the fridge. I have one a day, which I take out of the fridge in the morning, and have sitting on my desk.

When I complete everything on my daily To Do list, I enjoy my mini chocolate bar as a reward.
