Want easy weight loss? Start thinking slim. People who are thin think differently from people who are overweight.

Think about your friends.

What do your skinny friends do when they go out to eat? Everyone has skinny friends who eat like a horse when they go out, but think about a person who is very skinny and eats minimal food. Chances are they’re very picky about what they eat. They may eat lots of salads, or they may eat the protein and leave all the carbohydrate on their plate.

Over the next week, become a detective, and investigate your thin friends. Talk to them. Ask them to run through their day for you, telling you what they eat right through the day.

You should start to see a trend.

Thin people definitely think and act differently from overweight people. They’re not as focused as on food, they have many other interests, and at times may even forget to eat.

Incorporate some of the habits of your skinny friends into your own life. Once you start thinking slim you will achieve easy weight loss.
