Want fast weight loss? Most of us have bad habits that lead to weight gain. If we drop just a couple of those bad habits, we’d lose weight.

What bad habits do you have?

Perhaps you have these habits: you eat too much fatty, sugar-laden food, you eat fast food every afternoon, you don’t exercise, you eat for comfort, or perhaps you drink too many sugar-laden sodas.

Choose two bad habits you have, and replace these bad habits with two good habits.

For example if you feel that you eat too much fatty, sugary food, think about how you could replace these foods. Perhaps you have a doughnut for your midmorning break. What would happen if you replaced that doughnut with a banana? You’d lose weight.

Now choose another bad habit, and replace that bad habit with a good habit too.

Your second change could be that you replace no-exercise with a small amount of exercise — perhaps you choose to go for a half-hour walk every day.

Everyone has bad habits, and if you gained weight then you have bad habits related to food.

Think about the bad habits you’ve developed, choose two good habits to replace two bad habits and you’ll be amazed at how quickly you’ll lose weight.
