High protein breakfast: eat and lose

Do you eat breakfast? I do, and it’s a BIG breakfast on weekends, focusing on protein. On week days, I usually just have a couple of bananas. I started on bananas as part of the miracle banana diet, and I’ve kept up with the bananas because they make me feel good.
