You’ll eat fresh healthy foods, avoiding all processed foods as much as possible. In general, you’ll avoid fatty and sugary foods, although you can have a treat once a day.
This sounds difficult, but it’s not. Think of all the wonderful fresh and healthy foods you can eat, when you when you focus on your health rather than your weight.
2. Relax Into Exercise: Yoga for a Healthy Body and Healthy Mind
If you haven’t been exercising, you may want to take an all or nothing approach to exercise, and buy a gym membership.
Going to the gym is a good idea, but many dieters purchase a gym membership and then never use it. The idea of going to the gym every day and exercising for an hour or more is just too intimidating, and they can’t find the time.
Try yoga. Basically yoga is just stretching. However in your first yoga class you will find that there is much more to yoga than you thought.
Yoga stretches your mind as it stretches your body. You’ll feel great after a yoga session, and over time your body will change, without you having to do any other form of exercise.
Here’s the difference between going to the gym, and going to a yoga session. At the end of the session at the gym, you’ll feel tired, however at the end of the session at the yoga studio, you’ll feel energized.
