
Hate horrible-tasting diet foods? There’s no need to starve if you need to lose weight: there are plenty of tasty foods you can eat. You may even find that when your diet is over you prefer your new way of eating.

1. Hate Vegetables? Roast Them With Spices for Great Taste
Instead of steaming or boiling vegetables, try roasting them.
Give them a quick spray of oil, and sprinkle them with your choice of herbs and spices before you slip them into a hot oven. Herbs like rosemary taste great, and you can use any spices you love: try chili — chili flakes or chili powder goes well with most vegetables.

Olive oil forms an essential part of a healthy Mediterranean diet. Try dipping your bread into a little olive oil instead of slathering bread with butter or margarine. You can also dip vegetables into olive oil. You’ll be amazed at how good your food tastes, and how satisfied you feel.
3. Eat Healthy Fish
Eat fish at least two or three times a week. If fresh fish isn’t available where you live, then tinned fish is fine. Sardines are especially healthy and they’re reasonably priced too, so your healthy diet foods won’t break the budget.
4. Focus on Healthy Beverages: Drink Green Tea and Fresh Juices
Try drinking green tea instead of coffee. There’s no need to give up coffee completely if you love it, but swap one or two cups of coffee for green tea throughout the day. Green tea works as an appetite suppressant and it contains antioxidants so it’s very good for you.
Fresh fruit and vegetables juices are also good for you. Buying a juicer may seem like an extravagance, but fresh juice boosts your family’s nutrition so that you stay healthier all year round.
