When you lose weight, your life will magically change, right? Everything that’s wrong, will be fixed, and you’ll live happily ever after…

Unfortunately, that’s not so.

“I recently got a note from someone who pinned a Weight Watchers ribbon onto her letter. The embossed writing on the ribbon said, ‘I lost 10 pounds,’ and underneath the embossing, she handwrote, ‘And I still feel like crap.’”

You’ll still be YOU when you lose weight. But you’ll be a better, healthier version of you. You’ll feel a lot better about yourself, you’ll have a lot more energy, and your life will change, because people will look at your differently.

Of course you’ll have down days: everyone gets the blues occasionally. But once you’ve lost weight, at least you won’t be beating yourself up about your weight any more. :-)
