So you are not depriving your body of any nutrients in this diet. Actually you are giving it a better chance of eating healthy foods.
In addition to lean meats, fresh fruits, fresh vegetables and unsaturated fats, you also need plenty of water in this plan to fight obesity. Weight loss plans always include water because it really does what everyone says it does: Water fills you up so you don’t overeat and it flushes fats and other toxins out of your body. Whenever you feel tempted to eat junk, drink a cold glass of water instead.
As you progress in your weight loss plan, you should also include exercise. If you are truly obese, you may not be able to do any exercise at first but as you begin to lose weight, start to include a short walk in your day. Don’t panic: No one is asking you to run a marathon. Just do what you can do and add more activity as you can. You will soon find that even light activity will help you feel better.
Remember, this plan is only intended as a general guide. If you are under a doctor’s care for your obesity, weight-loss instruction from your doctor is most important.
