According to the creator, a big breakfast can boost metabolism. This will help reduce the feeling of being hungry throughout the day. It can help you lose weight and even reduce the risk of diabetes or heart disease.

Your breakfast will provide about 600 calories that is high in both carbohydrates and protein. The diet promotes eating something that is sweet like cookies, cakes and ice cream during breakfast. It claims that eating a lot of sweets in the morning can help reduce cravings. Serotonin levels are high making your cravings at the lowest. It will lessen your craving the entire day and will prevent you from binge eating and unhealthy snacking.
