1. Posture: Your mother was right — stand up straight. Pretend there is a string pulling your head upward. Stand or sit tall, pulling your shoulders back and down. Suck in your stomach and tuck in your rear. When you walk, lead with your chest. You will look regal and elegant. Just by watching how you carry yourself, you can easily look 10 lbs lighter. Beats all other weight loss solutions, doesn’t it?

2. Clothing: Just because a celebrity looks hot in that shirt, doesn’t mean you will. They have stylists that paid to find the right clothing and other weight loss solutions. Carefully applied makeup will draw attention to your lovely face and away from other parts of your body that are less pleasing. You don’t have to invest a fortune in cosmetics or take a lot of time in applying it either. Once you have a routine in place, you can be out the door in minutes.

7. Smile: Everyone looks better when they smile. Smiling is among the ultimate weight loss solutions because it calls attention to the beautiful person you are inside and out.
