Can you see yourself at this weight in your imagination?
If you can see yourself at this weight, and can imagine how your life will change, it’s a great indication that you can successfully complete a weight loss program.

Your imagination is powerful. It’s much more powerful than willpower. If you can see yourself at your goal weight, and imagine your self doing the things that you can’t do now, your imagination will be the engine which powers your weight loss.
